Dear Readers,
We have almost come to the end of 2013, and what a wonderful year it has been. 2013 was a year filled with hope and success for me. I was able to achieve quite a lot this year. I also worked really hard. My career in London as a freelance journalist has really taken off. Journalism is a great industry and I will always write.
The year started off as a busy one for me, working very hard for various newspapers such as The Catholic Herald, The Church Times, Christian Today and The DailyMail. I was truly blessed to be able to write for such established NewsPapers in Great Britain. It was also a great honour for me to have a front page article on The Catholic Herald. I believe my writing skills have definitely improved. I am so grateful for the opportunities I have had this year.
Over the summer, I was able to visit my beautiful Island of Jamaica for the first time in five years. This was very refreshing for me. My time in Jamaica was spent on the Beach taking in some fresh air. I went to Ochi Rios for the celebrations in August and stayed at a resort there, with a couple of my best friends.
Here are a few pics of me down below.

I also visited Chicago, USA which was the highlight of my summer. The weather was boiling hot both in the US and in the Caribbean being away for so long made me forget how hot it was.
Returning to London after the summer, was not all doom and gloom. I was able to get back on track, get back to work on my Journalism career.
Just when I thought my holidays were over for 2013. I decided to return to Chicago to celebrate 'ThanksGiving' , my trip to Chicago turned into a roadtrip to Detroit, Michigan and Ontario, Canada. How refreshing. I even had my flight cancelled. One more day in the USA sounded amazing to me, and I enjoyed every minute of it.
A few photos of my trip to USA and Canada this Winter.
This Christmas was so much fun, I had a great time visiting the Ice Castle where statues were made out of Ice. It was freezing but so much fun looking around at the amazing sculptures.
